I grew up surrounded by mountains and forests in the Pacific Northwest, shredding boredom in the dirt and snow. If nature was a first love, design is a close second. I've been chasing ideas — designing and making them for as long as I can remember, succeeding greatly on occasion and failing consistently along the way.

Life isn't much different today... the mountains are still my playground and my passion for design evolved into a career of creating for the web, endlessly shipping ideas for myself, clients, startups and enterprises like Microsoft and more.
